“Hi I’m Amanda, and I am a Human Resource Director in Allen, Texas, and I work out with Josh. I have achieved some amazing results since being at IPT. I have decreased my body fat mass from 42.3 lbs to 26 lbs, gained 4 lbs of muscle mass, and reduced my body fat percentage from 33.8% to 22.6% in just 8 months. What I really enjoy is the unique experience of doing something different every single session, it keeps me engaged and I really enjoy the creativity all the trainers bring to the table. The coaches take the time to understand each of their clients to determine how to drive them to do their best! IPT has really taught me the importance of focusing on myself in order to be the best mom, wife, and leader at work. I have realized that feeling and looking healthy has a direct correlation to my mental health and how I feel every single day. “I have trained off and on since I was an athlete in college (baseball pitcher) and have experienced a lot of different training regiments through the years. I came to Infinity to cut down my body fat percentage without losing any muscle mass. I have used the big box gym trainers and got some results but nowhere near the results achieved with Infinity. I was over trained and under educated on some of the finer points of a holistic approach to achieve the results I was looking for. Proper training, accountability and a can do atmosphere was the key to getting closer to where I wanted to be. It’s not just about the training, the nutrition, at Infinity everybody really makes you feel like part of something positive. I started out at 205lbs with about 18% body fat. Training with Vincent, I was able to get my body fat down where I could see my abs without flexing, good definition and I still kept my overall size and look even bigger. 191 Lbs at less than 12% body fat and I actually gained strength. I was able to do a trap bar dead lift max close to 400, bent row max 185, overhead press 150, squat went from 185 max to 185 being a warm up without the soar joints, and constant injuries from training I have experienced in the past.I work for a broker dealer doing institutional High Yield and Distressed bond sales which is a stressful long hour career that requires extensive travel and a tremendous amount of time sitting at a desk. Despite that lifestyle and being in my late 40’s Infinity helped me overcome those factors to get well on my way towards the body I wanted. At infinity results happen.*”

“My name is Debbie. I live in Allen, Texas and work in IT as a Senior Analyst. I have been working out at Infinity for over a year. I started off with 1-on-1s with Josh and now I am in the in the small group sessions at IPT.

I have lost over 80 pounds by adding strength training and nutrition coaching at IPT in addition to my cardio activities.

IPT has a great crew of people who are always upbeat and encouraging me to push myself and continue on my journey to improve multiple facets of my health. The group classes also provide great accountability with other members to support each other.

I have more confidence in general because I am progressively achieving my weight loss goals that I thought were unachievable. I have gone down by 5 sizes and am still making progress. “My name is Sarah and I am a Financial Manager living in Allen, Texas. Getting in shape was always on my to-do list but I had never invested in anything that would motivate me. It started with a wedding dress that didn’t quite zip when we bought it. After just 3 ½ months, the tailor had to take it in over an inch! I had no idea my body was capable of progress like that. And that’s when the fire started. I decided to see what else I could do. Since then, I have changed my relationship with food & the scale and have reached a new level of self-love. This experience has been transformational both physically and mentally and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support of the IPT team.

I have worked out with just about all of the trainers in small groups or large groups and love them all for the special flair each of them brings to the workout. The education they provide is second to none! Be patient, trust the process and listen to everything. From nutrition to healing injuries to building giant muscles, they literally know it all. Every trainer invests in every client, whether they see them in their class or another, and I feel that each trainer genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals.

I honestly didn’t have any specific goals to meet. I wanted to feel better and I totally do. So far, I’ve lost about 100 lbs., over 26% BF, I can carry 5 gal jugs of water up our stairs confidently, burpees ain’t no thang and planking is my jam, and I’m pretty sure I did over 100 v-sit up’s at least one day. I love pushing my body and seeing what I’m capable of.

Although my weight loss has been the biggest physical change, a new level of focus and perseverance have been the biggest mental change. I truly believe I can do anything! “We are Robert and Heather and we live in Mckinney, Texas. Heather is a data engineer at Fannie Mae and Robert is in commercial real estate and together we invest in real estate. We workout with Tonosha in a 1on1 setting and have biweekly nutrition coaching with Ray.

“My name is Karlee, and I’m a stay at home mom for 3 kiddos- 8,6 and 1. We live in McKinney, Texas. 

Before starting at IPT I spent years undereating and not getting any results. I had no energy, and couldn’t keep up with day to day activities. After learning how food can actually work for me, I have endless energy and have created exercise habits that I never thought possible.

Reagan has a Bachelor’s in General Studies with a Nutrition concentration and is a certified Nutritional Consultant through Collin College. She is also a NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist and has 2+ years of nutrition coaching experience. Reagan has always loved food and nutrition but decided that she was going to study nutrition when both of her maternal grandparents were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. It was then that she realized the link between diet, lifestyle, mental, and physical health. Reagan enjoys golfing, getting creative in the kitchen, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Bae, a lab-pit mix. Caitlin grew up participating in dance and cross country, and she has a passion for helping others find forms of exercise that they enjoy. She previously worked at the Texas Health Fitness Center in Dallas as a trainer serving primarily elderly populations. Caitlin loves lifting weights, running, and walking with her Yorkie daily. Vince Thompson

Vince obtained his personal training certification, along with core development and nutrition certifications through the Cooper Institute and is also TRX certified. About 10 years ago, Vince personally went through his own weight loss journey by dropping 100lbs. After seeing what was possible and how it affected his life he decided to pursue personal training and the rest is history! He has been training clients from all walks of life for over 8 years and has experience training large groups, small groups, and one on one sessions. Outside of training, Vince enjoys mud runs, triathlons, boxing, and hiking. His true passion is helping people make permanent lifestyle changes while being energetic, fun, and outgoing!

Isaac Mackley

Isaac is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He got his first taste of training while growing up in northern Utah and participating in sports, specifically football, where he was introduced to the weight room and lifting weights. Growing up, he fell in love with weight training and the ability to create confidence and feel better about himself. He then attended Utah Tech University, where he had the opportunity to become a certified personal trainer. After six years of training experience, he made it his goal to help develop individuals into the person they aspired to be. Beyond just being physically fit, Isaac seeks to help his clients see the importance of mental and emotional development. He focuses on helping his clients transform who they are inside and out and carry those healthy habits throughout their lives. Callie is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. Her passion for weightlifting began at age 15 after she lost 20 pounds and improved her athletic performance while recovering from an injury. This experience ignited her love for fitness, and she started helping family and friends get in shape, not realizing it could become a career. After working in veterinary medicine during college, Callie discovered her true calling in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Callie strongly believes that prioritizing both physical and mental health builds a solid foundation for success in all areas of life. Outside of coaching, she enjoys walking her dachshund, hiking, skiing, and, of course, lifting weights.

Kegan Bragg

Certified Personal Trainer

Kegan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas. He is a NASM certified personal trainer who has experience training people from all ages with goals ranging from weight loss and increasing muscle mass to more specific like sport skill development and endurance race training, etc. After competing as an amateur boxer, he chose to develop and lead the boxing club at the UofA. It is from there that he discovered his passion for not only fitness but more specifically coaching. He believes that physical activity is the core of health and wellness, and with the right coach by your side, anything is possible. When Kegan is not in the training space with his clients, you can find him being a passionate dad to two beautiful girls, spending time outdoors, traveling, and of course, exercising.

Zach graduated from Plymouth State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology. His training philosophy is based in functionality, injury mitigation, and helping individuals through movement. Dakota graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science. She grew up playing soccer and went on to play two years at Paris Junior College. After her soccer career ended she wanted to stay in the sport/fitness industry. Dakota has always loved fitness and decided to get into this industry to help and encourage others the importance of it. After college she worked at EXOS in Plano as a Strength & Conditioning Intern. She then went on to work for the City of Temple as their Recreation Fitness Manager when she started to learn to program events for the community. Dakota loves CrossFit and her animals (3 dogs & a chinchilla). Drew graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Drew was a wrestler in high school and played soccer, basketball and many other sports growing up. After college, he dove headfirst into personal training so he could spread the knowledge he gained in school and years of training to help everyone achieve their fitness goals. Mike achieved his degree in exercise sports science and physical therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Mike enjoys bringing a positive attitude to all of his sessions to inspire his clients. He has 7 years of experience and is a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer and carries NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist certifications. He played golf in High school and college and spends most of his free time playing sports and hanging out with his friends and family. Mike truly has a passion for motivating his clients and helping them achieve goals beyond their imagination.

Stephen Manda

Stephen graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion. He is a corrective exercise specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), has over 8 years of training experience and has trained clients from all walks of life. Having grown up overweight, he decided to make a change when he was around 19 years old. After losing 50 pounds and building muscle on his own over the span of a year, Stephen looked into becoming a personal trainer so that he could help people change their lives in the same way. Just after a year of being a trainer, he switched his major from criminal justice to Kinesiology and transferred to UNT to pursue his new career goals. Stephen also played baseball growing up and through high school. His passion for helping others make positive changes in all aspects of their life as well as accomplish things they may have never thought possible is what makes him love his job!

Amy is a certified personal trainer, a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, a Certified Robbins Madanes Life Coach and a Certified Essential Oil Coach. With over 8 years of personal training and nutrition coaching experience, she has developed a coaching ability to teach clients how to incorporate healthy eating while keeping taste and client likes/dislikes in mind. She also has an MBA in accounting and was a tax accountant for 6 years before venturing into the fitness industry. Amy lives life to the fullest, has a passion for helping others reach their goals and always does it all with a smile!

Ray has over 11 years of personal training experience and has been an avid researcher of nutrition and fitness for over 11 years. He is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Ray is also a Master Certified Nutritionist through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, and has guided many clients to their weight loss, fitness, and lifestyle change goals. He has extensive knowledge regarding nutrition, supplementation, and various health issues. His experience has taught him how to deal with an individual holistically. Ray obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University and truly has a passion for helping others and will strive to push each individual to their best no matter what it takes!
